@Actman
does the clutch spring work on 2024 6-speed JLUs? Your website only lists fitment up until 2023.

okay, I will purchase again. I'm willing to try this again if the lengths are the same. Not sure why mine was about 1/4 - 1/2" shorter Thanks for the post.
I can just send you another one since obviously we didn't catch the mistake. Send me a PM with you name and address I will forward to customer service.

@Actman any videos or instructions on how to swap the spring out?
It’s pretty easy.
This is the assembly. The whole thing comes out. It is NOT bolted in. You simply push the clutch pedal in, and lift it off of the spindles.

Then it just comes out. NOTE: the plastic parts of the assembly fits together in a specific way. I made some marks with a sharpie to make sure I put it back together in the right orientation.

You can see the spindles where the notches on the spring assembly fits onto.

Stock spring on the right (thicker) and ACT on the left.

My new spring came in about a quarter inch short of the factory one as well. @Actman sent you a DM about it.

You have a 2026, correct? At some point (my guess is MY 2024+), Jeep changed the spring. The newer springs are longer than the old springs and slightly thinner.

The spring on the left is the OEM spring from my 2018. The spring in the middle is the OEM spring from my 2025. The spring on the right is the ACT spring.

The ACT spring should work fine. My recommendation is install the spring, then push the clutch pedal to the floor while observing the spring. As long as the spring is not real loose, you should be fine.

Mine was just BARELY short, maybe 1/16 of an inch. It wasn't enough that I felt would have been an issue. However, the perfectionist in me took issue with the fact that the OEM spring, being longer, was still making contact with both ends of the plastic plug with the pedal to the floor.

So, just to ease my own silly mind, I added a rubber washer to each end of the spring. Do I think it is necessary? Probably not. Howrver, if it makes you feel better, I can DM you the exact washers that I used. They fit perfectly.

Oh crap, thank you so much for disclosing this information. I did not realise there was a change with the spring with the 2024 refresh as well. Please let me know what rubber washers you use, I would like that peace of mind.

Thanks!

McMaster-Carr offers 2,120 different compression springs, so you could probably find the exact length. (I wouldn't be surprised if ACT is just repackaging springs from M-C.) The spring I got from ACT was about 1/4" shorter, so I ended up putting back the original.
