Information screen black

when I started up this morning my information screen (the one that is in front of steering wheel) was black. When I reached my destination, I turned off and back on the Jeep and it still did not come on. Is there any chance I turned something off in the settings? Anyone else had this issue and resolved it?

I just got my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sport Limited on Saturday and after signing all the paper work and about to drive off, the sales girl went to show me how things work and the driver information screen was black, Couldnt see my gas level, or anything that is displayed on this screen. Very very depressing it get a brand new car and it is messed up pulling out of the dealership

My 2018 Rubicon has done this twice now. The camera has also done the same thing. Won't come back on by just shutting the vehicle off and back on again but seems to need some time in between. Must be some computer issue. I'll see if my dealer can figure it out during my next visit. Hopefully, my vehicle doesn't leave me stranded before that visit.

What was done to fix the issue mine is completely black now after on and off for months. I need to fix. Plz help!!!

This happened to me a couple of months ago. (I have the 7" infotainment system.) I took it to the dealer, they said the unit had an internal fault. They had to order a new one, and got it replaced under warranty a week later.

My 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara is doing the same thing after a new battery & auxiliary battery was put in. The screen is black & I can’t get it back.
