Looks like you have a replacement door from a right hand drive Jeep. Given your proximity to people who drive on the wrong side of the road, seems plausible that it just happened to be the replacement door that was available.

I doubt the Jeep was converted from right to left hand drive. That's far more extensive.

If it's brand new then you have two options:

1. Live with it.
2. Have them "fix" it with a new door and then live with any mismatched paint / etc. that might result.

Stellantis probably installs both right and left drive door panels on the European models cause it’s cheaper than actually figuring out what side of the road each country drives on
