Could a fake flashing RED led light be placed near the rear camera or if you have a front trail camera?

It would just make someone think before doing something stupid.

That said if you were going to go through the effort of running a blinking LED why not just run a dual camera dash camera setup. Most of them now do motion detection and record.

I have to assume a fake flashing LED doesn't need wiring. Maybe some double sided tape and an LED. You can then proceed to tell people it is a real flashing LED.
