I got a reply from them acknowledging their error and saying the would work with me. Not exactly sure what that means. I'll reply back to them and see how it goes...
Let us know how this turns out. I think it's total BS for them to not honor the price they advertised on their site for a full 24 hours. And to cancel the orders and make it seem as though we, the customer, initiated the order cancellation, is just bad business.

Good morning all. At this point I would encourage you to work through it with them. My day was eaten up with multiple calls, multiple chats, etc.. I honestly don't know if this is 100% resolved but the last two people I talked to were extremely helpful and courteous.
I have hope this is working out! I won't comment with 100% confidence until they arrive at my door, but they are trying to make this right now.

I second what Gregg mentioned above. I was able to reach what I believe to be a reasonable resolution with this vendor yesterday and received a confirmation email this morning indicating the order has been processed.

The representatives I worked with were very understanding and honestly good to work with. I will still be a bit skeptical until my wheels actually arrive next week however things appear to be headed in the right direction.

I'm also looking to buy the ICON Rebound rims, did everything work well with NorthRidge? At $176 a rim, it's a really good deal IMO for the rim, and am really wanting to purchase them. Also, does anyone know roughly how far they will stick out past my stock Sport S fenders? I know they are -6mm offset, so I'm expecting a little bit, but if anyone had a number that would help a lot, thanks!

What lug nuts do you guys plan on running? I ordered 5 rebounds in bronze through Icons website. They have them on sale for a hell of a deal

I ordered the black quadratec to go with the bronze icons. I know nothing about them :). I do know I needed lug nuts though LOL, so they are on their way.

Do we know what kind of seat the lugs are? I will probably go with Gorilla or Mcgard. Mcgard are a bit pricey but come with a lifetime warranty.

The one I got off of quadratec looks to be 60 degree bulge acorn lug nuts (sorry could not find degree symbol:surprised:)

I’ve found conflicting information online as to seat type. Some say conical, some say acorn. Icon doesn’t specify anywhere on their website, which is pretty annoying

Acorn and cone are the same. But I agree would be nice if they mentioned that. Seems like most Jeep wheels are that, I haven't seen any that are ball/spherical.

May I ask what was your order date. Ordered mine on the 26th or 27th and no shipping info yet?
