IBS Wire Question

So a pesky pack rat ate through the wires leading to the IBS connector at the negative battery post. Is there an accessible connector at the other end of the IBS wiring or does it tie in to a module elsewhere? Just wondering if this is something that I can replace on my own (other than wiring splicing it back together) or is this wiring part of the battery wiring harness?
