The guy who did my roof wrap on my VW can do small trim inside and out but the labor cost goes up with complexity and shape of the parts.

I don’t think the dash piece would be to complex. I would think it is one solid piece

The start of the blue accents in the interior. Next is door panels and then the center console shift boots and arm rest. I am having the dash panels wrapped in a matt blue.

I think the blue is much better than red.

Hydro dip is a bit of an art form, but not one that is too hard to learn. Start small with cheap stuff like your phone case, and work up to your dash panels. I started with a phone case, then grips to a pistol, and Xbox controller, then some rifle parts, and then my dash panels of my Ram.

The hardest part about the dash panels is the size. You just need to have a tub that is big enough to dip parts in. I used a large Rubbermaid tote for the dash panels. Smaller pieces I dipped in smaller totes. Here's a few before/after photos of the stuff I've done.

Oh I’ve been waiting to see if someone would do this! Are you doing this yourself? Any info you can share would be greatly apreciated.

Yes, I am doing most of the work my self. I am the owner of MOJO Jeep Shades. I can sew so some of the work I am doing and some I am having a local upholstery shop help with. I bought a full hide of leather at my local material supply house. I am pulling the dash panels next and wrapping them. I will take pics as soon as I do and post them.

You really could be on to something here. I wanted a Punk'n Rubicon but would not/will not do the red interior with orange. If you could change out the stitching to orange and paint the ugly red dash, that would have been killer and I think more folks would buy some of these other colors. Every color doesn't go with red if you want black interior like Jeep wants you to think .

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the red interior. My wife looked at a Trailhawk Renegade, and the interior had the same stupid red accents. On the Renegade the red made it look cheap. She ended up getting a Limited instead, and I ordered a lift for it to get the same clearance as the TH. Problem solved. Maybe Jeep should make the Rubicon and TrailHawk available with a red interior delete option.

Totally agree! I like the red hooks on the outside but the red trim on the Jeep logo and the red on the big piece of the dash is not my style.
