Hooking into cargo/wiring holes

Anyone foresee any issues with hooking my cargo nets into these holes? The hooks aren’t tugging on any wire. I’ll at max have about 20 pounds in here plus the tension of the bungee itself.

I would imagine those are just rubber grommets and will eventually stretch and maybe rip over time with any kind of weight in the nets.
