Third time is a charm hopefully. Oil leaking from the same place as just a week ago. Dealer said they can’t find a leak but it’s wet again after they cleared and wiped off oil from last time. This is on the passenger side with around 4800 miles on the motor.

the dealer should add a bottle of UV oil leak dye. once you see the leak again they use UV light to spot the leak.

sometimes leaks are caused by crankcase pressure being too high. in the old days a plugged (or intentionally blocked off) egr valve would increase leaking from oilpan/timing/valve cover/etc. air pressure inside the crankcase builds up when the engine heats and has no place to go, it will find a way to escape, taking some oil with it. oops meant pcv not egr
