I'm sure that this has been covered numerous times in the forum but, there's hundreds of posts and to be honest, I'm just too lazy to go through them all.

I just bought my first Jeep Wrangler (new to me). It's a 2018 Unlimited Sport S, all stock. I need help finding the biggest tires that I can put on the stock wheels without any rubbing. I'm new to all of this so please keep it at the kindergarten level for me.

TIA,

If you have stock Sport S 17" rims, 285/75-R17 is probably the largest you can go without rubbing & still be within the tire manufacturer's acceptable rim width. You may need to remove the little euro air dams between the front bumper and fender flares if you still have them installed; a lot of folks remove them anyway.

Here's a post that might give you more to chew on:

Edit, I re-read that post, looks like you don't need to remove the euro dams. Also, I can't say for sure, because I haven't ever messed around with disconnecting my sway bar, but if you do, a larger tire without a lift and a disconnected sway bar might rub. This thread doesn't mention if the sway bar was disconnected or not on their "flex" test. If you're not planning on rock crawling, there's no need to disconnect your sway bar, so you'd be fine either way.

Thanks Dave. I appreciate it.
