Help with purchase\lease

First time jeep buyer, have not run any numbers with a rate yet but they are at 57999 on an MSRP of 61865, I know not a stellar deal at 6%.

As far as negotiation goes can you guys help with two options for me thats fair.

1 - what a fair OTD price would be before running rates.

2 - what a fair 36 month lease offer would be

Give this a try. Remember you can negotiate purchase price (aka Capital Cost in a lease). You truly need to know the money factor (interest rate) and residual value to understand whether the deal is good or not.
