Hello all - New to the forum. Sorry if this is addressed elsewhere, but I wanted to make sure I understand the terminology used here.

"MSRP" - This is obvious
"Invoice" - When people say "invoice," does this mean "dealer invoice," like what the dealer paid for the vehicle from FCA - OR does it mean "the asking price on the window sticker."

As an example: https://www.olathedodgechryslerjeep...er-sahara-4x4-sport-utility-1c4hjxen8lw208044

2020 Sahara. MSRP $49,600. Then dealer "discount price" of $46,269. I would call the latter number "sticker price" but is this what people mean by "invoice?" So when people say they got 6% or whatever under "invoice," in this scenario would that be 6% under $46,269, or $43,492?

Thanks!

MSRP and sticker price are the same thing. I believe it usually includes the destination charge also. But not any of the taxes or dealer fees or registration charges someone has to pay in order to get the vehicle. Invoice is less than the MSRP/sticker price, maybe 3%-5% less than what is on the sticker. Maybe a little more, I'm not sure. When I ordered my 2019 the dealer showed me what their "invoice" price was. Keep in mind invoice does not include dealer incentives. And I am not sure the invoice price they show is the "true" invoice a dealer actually pays themselves to Jeep for the wrangler, but that could just be the skeptical part of me.

When I ordered my 2019 I got mine for around 4.5% under invoice, which ended up being around 10% off of the MSRP/sticker price, plus I had to pay dealer fees (a few hundred $$), registration, and sales tax (6% for my state).

They should have the invoice price you are looking for (FWP Price in the guides). Just guessing at your numbers, the dealer discount is probably the Dealer Invoice price. Some dealers go lower, some don't. Sometimes it depends on the sales person you get at a dealer. You may have to travel for a better deal, it depends on if thats worth it to you. You can check the thread below for any dealers nearby.
