It's part of the housing assembly for the camera/sensor behind the rearview mirror. If you don't have ACC/FCW you wouldn't need that piece.

Ok, I don’t think I have this option at the car. Don’t understand why they have it
And the tool kit which more important is not there.

Look in the glove box or cargo area? If the tool kit isn't there, ask your dealer for one.

I have back to the dealer and get me the tool kit. But he was also confused and not sure about that part
