HELP! Skyone Touch Malfunction!

I GOT MY JEEP BACK! They changed the cables, claimed to have changed the rails and latches. It is all working again. Car took long because it went in for the rust bubble repair and all doors where re skinned and painted. NOW, they did not change the rails and I cannot prove if they changed the opposite side cable but I disputed with them for the charges and I am fighting it with the bank. Back to the main point,

My issue was a broken cable inside the track or possibly the latch. Dealer would not say... you know how they are... they change everything, charge for everything and never repair what is damaged. All I know is that I was overpriced and lied to.

Two months ago when mine first happened, I searched the net for any info that led me to hope it might be simply due to a screw working itself out and falling into the track.
We’ve taken off the top and trying to investigate

i think the latch is the problem... that's if you have the same problem as me.
