@AccuAir

I tried messaging you directly but the system would not allow PMs. I bought the JT Gladiator Accuair system and I am installing it this weekend. I ran into an issue with the front air springs not seating in the perch. I realized the bump stop extension is longer on the JT gladiator and prevents the air spring from seating. I have included some photos. I contemplated cutting the perch spring but want to get official advice before permanently modifying the system.

I included a photo of the perch the height of the bump stop extension and the depth of the air spring cap. Any advice you can provide would be much appreciated.

Thanks! I did the same thing. I wish the instructions would have mentioned that. I was afraid I had the wrong front airbags. The instructions are roughed in but not fully formed. After going through the entire process, I could probably install the kit much faster because I would understand the intent of the different steps and be able to bridge the gap in the instructions.

Thanks for your support!

P.S. I also had a 13' S6, it was my favorite, quickest, and most powerful car ever. E85 is the magic juice for that thing.

Also be sure to check your rear height sensors at full up, ours were to short on the middle hole and ended up camming over to the underside and breaking in Moab on rusty nail. When I got the new ones i installed them on the hole at the end of the arm. (Being an aircraft mechanic I followed the instructions too closely at first without thinking about it) I should have stepped back and looked at it. If and when you have any faults that you can't figure out, let me know as we had most everything happen in Moab. We put it thru the ringer, we had small issues but overall I'm impressed and probably will be installing one on my JL.

love my S6, I'm on my second one

Thank you. That's quite helpful, I haven't been able to get the calibration to take (errors out) I wondered about the sensor arms, mine came the same way. I'm going to adjust them ASAP.
