I'm not worried about the passenger vent, it isn't directed at the screen. The driver vent runs along the back which will also generate some heat but that won't impact the headunit IMHO. I think there is far more concern from heat due to an open top and direct sunlight.

Yes, they are, except for the little screw covers, we make those in-house b/c I initially couldn't find the part numbers, and then when I did, the Mopar inventory levels were 💩.
