I am in the market to purchase my wife her first Jeep. She wants a 2026 JL Rubicon X, 2.0L, 8-Speed Auto, in Mojito Green (package 22Y). It's no surprise that this will almost certainly be a special order. My problem, all the local dealers in the Portland Oregon area quote the exact same price +/- $100.00.... invoice + incentives. What disappoints me most is that I went back to the dealership that I just purchase, in Nov 2025, a new 2026 Ram 2500 Laramie MegaCab Diesel, with all the bells and whistles (retirement gift to myself) and they treat me like I didn't just spend a crap load of money with them. Ironically, I purchased the Ram from them because the dealership where I purchased my 2022 JLU Rubicon Xtreme Recon w/half door and premium upper package also treated me like I'd not just spent a crap load of money with them 3 years ago... basically, the days of loyalty and relationship building are gone.
I live in the Beaverton Oregon area. In order to obtain the vehicle of my wife dreams, I'm willing to drive and/or ship it, cross country if needed... I just don't think "invoice" pricing is special anymore, especially for a proven repeat and frequent buyer. If you have a dealership or contact that you trust and think they could help me out, I'd love to hear from you.
P.S. I also have a Morgan 3-Wheeler I special ordered new in 2015, and a Mazda 6 GTS for my wife's daily driver.
Thanks in advance for the feed back.
