Help me decide on bumper color

Really having a tough time deciding on color match Billet Silver or your typical satin black for my Rugged Ridge Arcus front bumper. I was hoping to get some opinions. I do enjoy my color matched fenders, but black is certainly easier. Thoughts? Note: the tires have since been switched to black wall out.

In my opinion, keeping the bumpers black maintains a happy balance of contrast to the silver.

Not to mention bumpers get bumped. Touching up black is easy. Touching up color matched is a whole production.

Paint matched would look bad in my opinion. Another thing to consider would be painting it Granite Crystal or some other dark gray.

If you aren't getting a new rear bumper and having it painted too, go with black.

Thanks for the feedback everyone, I was just such a fan of Brad Kowitz JK but I do think Black is much easier to do and Classic in look.

first it was the painted wheel fenders... and now painted bumpers... next it will be painted soft tops.

Painted fenders go all the way back to the original in WWII.... unpainted plastic fenders are the relatively recent addition. There have been several packages offered over the years from the factory with paint matched bumpers. So, neither of these are really new trends.

True. And I assume others were joking about the TrailRecon rig not getting wheeled. He absolutely takes his Jeep off-road. And his front bumper is not painted... it's aluminum.
