Help a Luddite with code reading/vehicle tuning options

I’m trying to understand different options for reading codes and changing certain parameters with popular products that are removable. I’m very ignorant of these things and am looking for advice.

To read/clear codes—bluedriver, jb4 tuner. Tazer can clear but not read

To alter parameters—ie tire size or gear ratio—jb4 tuner or tazer (which has lots of options)

To increase performance—specialized tuning program such as jb4

At this time it seems no product exists to perform all 3 general functions correct?

I need to change my computer for tire size and want to be able to read and clear codes. I really don’t care about more HP at this point. Trying to figure out the “best” combination of tools. The examples I included above are some that I have seen on this site; if other good options exist I’d love to hear about them

All Tazer models for JL can both read/display and clear codes.

JB4 is only for the 2018+ Jeep Wrangler 2.0L.

OBD JScan is another option. You will need to purchase an OBDII adapter and a security module bypass cable if you choose to go this route.
