Hellwig rear sway bar

I know some might say I ruined the Jeep, but today I put on a new rear sway bar. It is a real game changer for one road comfort and handling. It is so much more stable and not nearly as much me and my passengers bouncing side to side.

if your like me and spend much more time on the road than off, highly recommend getting a stiffer sway bar.

it a total of 4 bolts and 2 nuts to remove and install; so if I ever feel like it changing it back is like 20 minutes tops. I spend that at McDonald’s drive thru waiting on breakfast before I hit a trail.

I did the upgrade the first week of ownership. Drives and handles great with no side or boxy ride. Which setting did you use? I set mine on medium (2nd hole) as I didn't want it too stiff.

You must had gotten the one with the links. I got the 7775 and it only has two holes, I used the outer one the lesser of stiffness.
I the Hellwig should offer them a bit longer to add even less resistance so it would just be a matter of moving the link to another setting if needed for off-roading.
it is such a quick and easy install if I ever need/want to swap them I will.

everyday since installing the bar; I am so glad I did., it really is that much of an improvement. I didn’t say anything about it to my family and they all were asking if i had changed something.
