Where I live, neither ATT nor Verizon service. We can’t get “over the air updates”. I suspect that Friend B may live in similar place. When they go to “town” and get the OTA, may not be happy anymore

Dealer!!My steering wheel heater gets insanely hot. To the point that I cannot touch the steering wheel and a burning/melting smell comes from it. Anyone else have this happen?
People have reported working pages. I have a 2 door on order, idk.Scott1911: So does that mean that the ORP are working on JLs at the factory, but that when the "over the air updates" are downloaded the Pages are wiped? Are updates automatic or can they be defeated?
Pictures are JK wrangler. I spoke with FCA Incentive dep't, and the Bonus Cash is good on 2017 and 2018 JKs.Please explain why I received a special offer from Jeep in the form of an Email certificate describing $500 Bonus Cash Allowance #CJVCJXZGGYBQ. States can be used on most new 2017 or 2018 Jeep Brand vehicles. I do read in the extensive fineprint that Wrangler is excluded. My point to strongly protest is this: Picture states "Claim Your Adventure Before April 30,2018and picture shows 6 Jeep vehicles with 2 of the 6 being Wranglers. To me this is very false and misleading advertisement. Would you try to get this corrected by Jeep to allow my use of the Bonus Cash Allowance to purchase a 2018 JL Wrangler. I thank both Julie and Jasmine for any effort in this matter.
Ha, that throws the JK/JL price differential to over $4,000..........Pictures are JK wrangler. I spoke with FCA Incentive dep't, and the Bonus Cash is good on 2017 and 2018 JKs.
I reread exclusions in fineprint. States Wrangler. No mention of Jk as qualifiedPictures are JK wrangler. I spoke with FCA Incentive dep't, and the Bonus Cash is good on 2017 and 2018 JKs.

Right. That's why I called FCA. They read from the detailed offer info, which is the same info that your dealer will have - it declares excludes "Wrangler JL", and verified with me does apply for JK.I reread exclusions in fineprint. States Wrangler. No mention of Jk as qualified
Seems fishy. They sent the certificate with fine print so Jeep wants to extrapolate additional qualifications allowing JK but not JL. Any halfass attorney could win on customer behalf as written exclusions are stated on certificateRight. That's why I called FCA. I merely called (800/227-0757), but another member posted this which agrees with what FCA told me on the phone - and again, verbally added that this incentive applies to a JK purchase. Please call FCA or stop in to your dealer with your redemption code if you're not convinced. Please show where it allows JK n not JL
