I’m looking forward to @Ttcullen12 answer but my favorite when I’m there is The Lobster Pot. Been there a few times with the Wounded Warrior Project and the chowder is outstanding.

What is Lobster Pot? I usually go to Maine... Bar Harbor for Lobster.

As far as clam chowder goes, there's a zillion places here w/good chowder - and just as many opinions ?. Chatham Fish Pier has awesome clam chowder, and The Squier rocks, too! And those asking about what beaches we have to drive on here, we do Sandy Neck year around (with annual permit) and Natl' Seashore with permit (Apr-Nov)
