Heading to Cape Cod Next week- any beach wheeling?

So for the first time since 2016, my wife and I are loading up my Jeep and heading to Cape Cod for a week- except this time, it’s my JLUR and we have our 2 kids.

We did the ORV corridor at Race Point 3 times before- in fact,we got married there! So I’m familiar with beach wheeling and respectful of the locals, the land, etc. We want to share this place that has a lot of sentimental value to us with our kids.

However- I’m a little worried. When I check the National Seashore website, the entire ORV corridor is closed due to nesting shorebirds.

Does anyone know how often this updates?
If it’s not open next week, are there any other beaches that are open to ORV’s? And if not- what beaches are your recommendations?

Thanks! I've checked the website and called beforehand. The Park rangers were awesome and informed me of the same sad news. OF course, the week after we left they opened it up. lol

GF was pissed too. We were up there in the Jeep and the beach was closed to ORV's

Been having a great time all season on Sandy Neck...was closed down to 1.5 miles for a while (piping plovers) but has been back open again for past few weeks.

I haven't been to sandy neck for years, not the same after hurricane BOB. Think I'll have to start again.

Great when it is open closes often for birds, not alot of scenic wheeling in Mass generally need to go elsewhere
