Changing out my headlights to LED’s and one of the bolt nutserts decided to break off. It is the upper nutsert. Ok to just use any nutsert in here?

The common nutserts or rivnuts I have used are designed for a round hole usually drilled to a specific diameter to allow the nutsert to be held in place once installed. Or hex shaped holes punched in sheet metal.
Maybe ask Benny from @AllMoparParts.comin this thread if that OEM part is available separately

There may be commonly available rivnuts to fit the area you’re showing and I’m just unaware of them.

Also if that white wire passing through the metal hole at the top of the pic is in use you should add some wire loom.

I was able to use a regular M6 Nutsert for now. Just had enough to grab the metal and hold it. I have a feeling I may need to replace that entire top bracket. Not a big deal looks like it’s just few bolts and some screws. I’ll reach out to Benny. Good call on that. White wire I just stuck in the hole to keep it out of the way. It just runs under the top of the grille when it’s installed.
