Headlight guards

So what you guys think. Got a 21 wrangler sport but have the conversion to 7" headlights in it. Thinking about putting on some ruggid ridge headlight guards. Should I go with the ones for the 21 that are for the 9" headlight or go for the ones for the 7"? Both will probably work. Thoughts?

Will the guards interfere with the beam projection (i.e., irregular placement of the LEDs) on the 7" headlight conversion? Note that the RR guards are intended to accommodate the design -- i.e., functioning -- of the 9" OEM LED headlights.

Photos of the headlights on your Jeep, and links to the guards that you're considering, will add the required context here.

Do be prepared to stop and clean the snow out of the nacelles, too, since LED lighting usually doesn't provide the heat necessary to melt it as it accumulates while driving (as halogen lights oftentimes will do.)

You may need guards that are designed with that headlight in mind, or a sheet of clear adhesive vinyl (a larger version of this, for example) that could be correctly applied to the light's convex surface. As you recognize, the RR guards would foul the proper projection of the LEDs in your lights.
