I am going to be over near Ocala National Forest next week on a little road trip and wanted to make a visit, maybe check out a few trails, find a couple of good photography spots for birds, crocs, or whatever else lives there. Headed to Ocala to MTB for a few days after.

Any good suggestions would be appreciated. I will be traveling solo so I don't really want get crazy on trails. I looked into this trip a few years ago and it fell through, so really want to make it work this time. Thanks!

I'm close by. I'm not really familiar with the trails as most of my riding has been in citrus. But I know the fella running the volusia county jeep club is out there all the time. He might be willing to tag along.

Thanks, I will look them up. Is this Citrus place near Homosassa Springs, FL? I will be going to Tampa eventually to meet my daughter and wife for a few soccer games.

Yes, citrus game reserve. If you follow citrus county jeep club on FB theres plenty of members that ride out there. That's a great area to flex out your jeep, climb hills, ect. Let me know if you ever want to get together, I'll ride either area.
