Have Fog Lights On Without Headlights?

Is there any way to only have the fog lights on without having the headlights on?

I know that the fog lights can be turned on with the parking lights.

The rear tail lights also turn on with the parking lights, I believe.

I'd like a way to just turn on the fog lights without having the headlights or tail lights turn on.

Please correct me if any of this information is incorrect.

Not without directly wiring them to an AUX switch.

will a Jscan or a Tazer allow you to set the Fogs as DRLs? (i can't remember, and am too far from mine to check to see if the Fogs are an option in the DRL setup,..)

Yes, with JScan you can set any light to be the DRL.
