Hardtop over Softtop?

Can a hardtop be installed over a softtop, or must the softtop be removed to use the hardtop? Although the hardtop goes on/off in about 35 minutes I read that the softtop requires 2 hours to install. It'd be nice if the hardtop could go on over a softtop.

Simple answer is no, you have to take the soft top off before putting the hard top on.

It does take 2 hours(ish) for initial install, but some hardware can be left on so subsequent removal/reinstall goes quicker.
