Hard top Vs Dual Top

I have a little confusion and I'm hoping someone can help out.

It seems the hard top option is $1095.
Soft top option is $595
Dual is $2195

Why would the dual be greater than the individual options? Couldn't I order the hard top and then order the soft top later for $595? Am I missing something?

the $595 is just the upgrade cost from the normal soft top to the premium soft top. The full price for the premium soft top is going to be about `$1000-1200 (best guess) by from Mopar after the fact.
