Hard to downshift into second gear?

Is it normal sometimes it’s hard to downshift into 2nd gear? If I rev the rpm it’ll drop into it but it seems it takes some finesseing to get it into gear from 3rd to 2nd. It has 450 miles on it.

I have had no issues with 2nd gear on my JLU manual Rubicon. Also have 14K miles on it.
