Great Dealership experience getting drivetrain fluids changed.

I have heard so many horror stories and stayed away from Dealerships. I recently had a call from another Dealership who offered to to change my diffs, and transfer case fluids as recommended prior to the warranty ending. They inspected the gears, noticed a clunk when going into reserve. Kept my Rubicon over night, did a cold startup test, found no driveshaft issues but reflashed my auto transmission. Clunk is gone, seems way more peppy. They even washed it and detailed the tires, all for half of what my regular Jeep Dealership quoted, plus provide a valet service.

Anyways just wanted to post something positive about a Jeep Dealership.

That is good to hear and if the price is right probably worth the trip. My local dealership wanted near $500 an axle. That's $1000 for just the diffs alone, highway robbery! At least it is super easy and inexpensive to service these yourself. I've never done it before and attempted at 20k miles for both front/rear diffs, as well as TC and transmission at 25k. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to change all these fluids.

My dealer doesn’t rub my belly or pat my head but I just had a full service last month because I can’t be bothered doing the work. Radiator flush, brake lines, differential, oil change and tire rotation. Only work I’ve need since May 2021 delivery.

They just washed my Jeep and tires and applied tire detail. Other dealers couldn't be bothered with even washing it. Front, rear diffs, transfer case fluid change, wash, remapped transmission, $405.00 USD.

and ultimately only one person has to be happy and that is the person who is paying the bill...It is good that they treated you fairly...

There should be a separate section that has all the dealers listed by State with a one to five star rating and each member gets to vote once.

Is this dealer located somewhere over the rainbow?. You take the highway to heaven, then first exit into candyland and drive straight into the rainbow right after the little people's village?.

I was there the other night while I was sleeping. All the paint issues on my Jeep were fixed in like 5 minutes. Frodo was the servicr manager. I asked him something about the aux battery, and he laghed and said "what aux battery?". I looked in the Jeep and there was no ESS nor strange wiring. Just a simple 12V battery. We laughed together.

Sidney Sweeney walked me to my Jeep. She cried a little and I told her, dont worry Sidney, you are NOT mid. Whatever people say, you are not mid. And she smiled.
