I remember that. My first paying job was at an Exxon service station, back in the days when you could get basic service work done at your local gas station...There was a postal facility just up the road from us and every time it snowed they came to us to put chains on. Nothing like road salt infused snow dripping down on you and then going out to top off ol' Mrs' Humperdink's Caddy. Good times, but I was grateful for that job. My boss gave instilled a strong work ethic in that young punk. "Don't let me catch you sitting around, or I'll find a job for you to do and you probably won't like it...".Funny thing... I use to be filled with useless little known facts. Oh, here is one.... on old mail Jeeps T.P.25 or T.P.36 was printed on each fender above the tire. Until tire pressures standardized with load bearing newer models, the T.P. was dropped. Yep T.P. was Tire Pressure with the number representing pressure to fill. Going from 25 to 36 they made sure service got it right. Some Jeeps had two different pressures. Rear at 32, front at 25.
