LOVED my '12 JK for 103k miles. lots of great memories, adventures and fun times. Had a hard time parting with it. But the JL so far is a great upgrade and I haven't really looked back either.

Picked up two 07 JKs, an 08, 11, and 16. So I guess they have a little place in my heart. Conquered some pretty awesome trails in the time I owned them.

Farewell JK. It’s now the JLs turn to strut its stuff out on the trails.

This was my last JK. Actually only owned it a few months, but I truly enjoyed it.

Good riddance to the JK. I’m glad it’s gone. It was one leaky, sludgy, sand in every crack of the cooling system, slower than Moses piece of crap.

Love that piece of the bumper (newbie so don’t know what it’s called) that extends up. Where did you get that? Your new Wrangler looks awesome!

I had to keep my JK. I couldn't bear to part with it because I had a relapse of the pain I suffered when I sold my 93 YJ. Never again! I have a lifetime warranty, anyway, on the JK, so it didn't really make sense to sell it.

So what now? A trip to Moab in October in the JL.....AND the JK! I invited my cousin to drive the JK, so the JK will continue right along side the JL making great memories!!

She's got new rubber from the JL on her, new Quadratec wheels, some new lights, and I still have Jeep Badges of Honor to earn! More mods are planned, too, such as a GMRS radio and stubifying the front bumper! Long live the Blue Rubi!

So long, and thanks for all the fish.

(Less thanks for all the angry grille crap to compensate for the fact that you were a boring-ass design, JKs.)
Let’s all say a prayer that angry-grill was due strictly to the boring JK grill, and that it does the death it needs to.

The worst part about the angry eyes grille is that none of them seem to maintain the actual slotted appearance that is so iconic to the wrangler.
