Way back in this thread, there was a discussion on what we would use as our drive home song when the day finally came that our JL's were delivered. Today, I followed through with my recommendation with "My Silver Lining" by First Aid Kit. The chorus lyric caught my attention as a Jeeper the first time I heard it:

"I hear a voice calling
Calling out for me
These shackles I've made in an attempt to be free
Be it for reason, be it for love
I won't take the easy road."

I couldn't have been more thrilled with this tune blasting and a huge smile on my face as I pulled out from the dealership. I highly recommend it. Full song here:

I did, ands I got through. Tried to respond there.
I’m in inspection there too. 15 days. Emailed my dealer yesterday, I am furious, his GM is getting in touch with the rep. Who knows, he said not to worry, but 15 days in inspection is bad news I figure.

I just got off a call on the 866 number and spoke with Holly; who confirmed I was still in D status due to my regular soft top.
However, after speaking with Holly, I think I'm in love! Lol! She was THE most pleasant lady I have ever spoken to there (even though they have all been nice) and she almost even succeeded in making me happy that I was still in D!!! Hahahaha!
So, there you are... still in D; but was told probably mid-June I would be moving on down the line.

144 days does not a year make. Saying something like that in "Barefoot in the Park" didn't make sense and really this doesn't either but that is now how long it has been from my order to non-delivery. I can't really remember how Robert Redford fixed it but it sure would be nice to have some Robert Redford like moments from FCA/ Jeep to help us through.

And if not a Robert Redford type moment a firm delivery date?

No. But he did save me the $500 jeep wanted to add. I also got locking lug nuts
all 5 wheels. And a sealant applied to exterior. Not a lot but I was thankful.

Morning all! Was checking Crypto earlier and noticed 10 2-doors show build and stickers since around 8pm last night. Oldest was 12/27, newest was 2/28. There were also 2 4-doors. So maybe, just maybe, 2-door production is getting some love and priority.
