I have ordered a 2020 rubicon UL with diesel and have received a VIN so expecting to build soon. My problem is I recently overcame my original dislike for gladiators since I have seen some that look great when properly equipped. I would also like the towing capacity of gladiator to avoid need for another truck. Does anyone have any idea when the glad/diesels will begin production? Also, how will my dealer respond if I tell him I prefer to decline the UL and wait for the Glad/diesel?

I’m in my 60s so want to get the truck I really want. Well I guess that’s not just for us seniors.

Realize that the Gladiator wheelbase is very long, which greatly restricts its off-road capability.

Yes. Good point and I use mine off road frequently. I think I’ll stick to the UL and see how it goes. Trade over next year. Thanks
