@JeepCares I took delivery in January 2019 and haven't been sent touch up paint as noted by others above. Can I request this from JeepCares or does this request need to come from my dealership?

Don't worry my dealer didn't send any to me either. I've had to purchase touch up for my last two Jeeps.

I found out I had wave when I bought my JLUR in for service .I had the jeep for only 75 Miles. All issues were fixed but one HD radio continues to cut out every 30 seconds. Dealer says they will be checking for software updates tomorrow. Anyone else have a problem with their HD radio channels .But getting back on subject I got a free grand Caravan rental through the wave program . What I got out of this whole experience is a grand Caravan only gets 20 miles per gallon.

When I bought my first Harley I got a free $600 leather Jacket, when I bought my second years later I got a free dealership T-shirt, now i'm down to stickers. Nothing against Jeep or my dealership, just thinking about how times have changed.

I just got mine Friday 05/04 and I bought it on 01/01/19. Not sure how the time frame works but it was a cool little package.

My first service experience was really bad. With the sticker on the windshield. I don't think you need to put it on.

Thanks Jasmine my dealer says I’m not the only one with the HD radio problem. Dealer checked into it and said there will be a software update in one month coming out

I got my Jeep 9/16/18, never got the kit...been dickering back and forth with a Wave customer care person for the last 2 weeks and she’s telling me corporate told her Jeep did away with mailing this out in 2017 I’ve told her about members here receiving these kits in the last few months. All she’ll say is the above and check for benefits online. I want my damn stickers lmao
