No i just let the dealer know my jeep wave id. Had no issues.

Do yourself a favor and never point at your "Jeep wave" stickers on the corners of your windshield while telling service you have free oil changes because of them.

Save yourself from looking like a tool.

I found out I had wave when I bought my JLUR in for service .I had the jeep for only 75 Miles. All issues were fixed but one HD radio continues to cut out every 30 seconds. Dealer says they will be checking for software updates tomorrow. Anyone else have a problem with their HD radio channels .But getting back on subject I got a free grand Caravan rental through the wave program . What I got out of this whole experience is a grand Caravan only gets 20 miles per gallon.

Yes I received this too from Jeep Cares. Then a week later got another gift and it was touch up paint!!!

Standard Jeep Wave package. Don't be surprised if you get another in a few weeks or so with touch up paint

@JeepCares I took delivery in January 2019 and haven't been sent touch up paint as noted by others above. Can I request this from JeepCares or does this request need to come from my dealership?

The Jeep Wave program includes Jeep vehicle owner support, maintenance, VIP treatment at Jeep Events, premium discounts through our savings network, no-charge same-day rental and trip interruption coverage. Touch-up paint is something that is handled on a dealer by dealer basis. I have included a link with more information about the Jeep Wave program below. Probably nothing special, just membership card and some stickers!

Well I am disappointed, ordered my 2019 Wrangler November 2018 got it in December 2018 7 weeks later and did not
receive a free Jeep Wave package in the mail!

Aw man, my dealership SUCKED. I know I wont be getting that touch up paint ever

I have never received anything like this and I bought my Wrangler almost 6 months ago

I asked Jeep customer service about it when I contacted them a while back about something else, the lady I talked to said she didn't know anything about me getting anything in the mail. Oh well I guess, at least my dealer didn't charge me for my first oil change/tire rotation. They knew that it was covered by Jeep Wave.

When I purchased a Patriot in 2016 I got the same really nice leather key chain. When I traded it in Sept 2018 for my Wrangler the nutty salesman was about the keep the key chain along with the key. I said no you don’t...you can hand that right back over lol. And FYI I have yet to receive the above “gift” pack. Guess I’ll be emailing Jeep Cares in the morning.
