Yep...add me onto the list as well. I have a Sport so the visor has no wires attached. Took it in and after a 2 hr wait I am told they need to order part and it will take 2-3 weeks.

I have a 2 door Sport. Windows are not an issue for me, but I do want the power locks. It is inconvenient and a safety issue having to use the key for the doors and there is no way to open the tailgate from inside as you would a car trunk. Maybe it is different with a 4 door.

I believe it depends on how long the service takes. Under 4 hrs gets you a shuttle or ride share. Over 4 is a free loaner...probably depends on dealership.

Was it a floor model? Check the build sheet to see if you paid for it.
