Basically them saying something aftermarket was done to void the warranty. What is blacklisting?? Why was warranty canceled??
speak to an attorney, they will get it moving asapIt's a very long story, but yes, there are issues. The work up until now has been covered under the powertrain/ emissions warranty, but they're not wanting to go any deeper than a valve, cooler, then valve replacement. No one will take responsibility at the dealership or at Mopar. The current dealership won't touch it until Mopar authorizes an undetermined amount of money, and Mopar won't authorize it until the dealership can give them a number. So basically I'm getting the runaround.
, what state are you in ? if i can do this in California, that would be awesomeThat sucks. If I were you I would definitely heavily look into deleting the EGR. I do hear good things about the GDE (non-delete) tune, but let's be honest here, the only thing that's going to save your engine from itself is a full delete.
You could always do what I'm doing: purchase the blocking plates (which I already own), and put in a order for a secondary PCM, get it copied, and have the delete tune put on the secondary PCM. Then you can install it whenever you feel like it. You could wait a few years, you could do it the next day, you could do it a decade from now. But at least you have the option.
At $500 an hour, PLUS you'll never get another regular person to regular person conversation. They'll ONLY talk lawyer to lawyer once one gets involved on your side.speak to an attorney, they will get it moving asap

I'm in Texas, but doing what I said without installing it is not illegal on any level. Not state level, not federal level. If you install it, you might be looking at some different answers there, but just owning a tuned PCM and EGR blocking plates without actually installing them isn't illegal., what state are you in ? if i can do this in California, that would be awesome
