I have the Ace Engineering spare tire carrier. It comes with a place to mount rotopaks. The only downside is it is limited to two two gallon rotopaks. Any larger ones and you can not open the rear glass. I have had the same rotopaks on the Jeep for 6 years. I do have to burp them in hot weather.
