Someone alluded to it earlier, but regarding the cold kids in back, it may just be your climate control settings. I've noticed the rear seat vents only flow when the vent control is set to upper body. If you keep it on lower body, they won't get much heat back there.

Hope this doesn't happen to me I used to live in Duluth with a soft top TJ and this never happened...even in -50 degrees.
