Front Driver Side Coil is shifted

Just noticed this coil is off the isolator. Was wondering if it was as simple as jacking the Jeep up, take the wheel off. Brake line off, LCA off. And then drop the front axle and use a compressor to spin the coil back to where it’s supposed to be.

First pic is passenger, second is the driver side. On a Rough Country 2.5 lift.

If anyone has experience with this any help would be greatly appreciated!
