Found a cheat code for Mopar Roof Rack

Been looking for a roof rack but didn’t want to spend the $250 Mopar wants for the OEM ones. Looking around on the forum I found people who were wondering if the Mopar version and the cheap version on Amazon were essentially the same thing or came from the same factory, except without the Jeep logo on the cheap ones. Think I just confirmed that they are. Bought these off Amazon for $100 (there was a $20 off coupon when I ordered them). Take a look at the instructions they came with.

Actually just lumber or plywood that won’t fit inside. They definitely aren’t heavy duty. Think the weight limit is 150lbs.

My thoughts too… They copied it and have the balls to even copy the instructions from Mopar. They look the same, but they’re not the same.

I got the steel bumper winch guard hoop from Ebay. Same thing… looks the same and came with the Mopar instructions for 1/4 the price.
