The fact that you can't understand the arguments and comprehend that tens of thousands to millions of years of evolution were required for species, of which there are a nonzero number of surviving examples of the changes you are talking about, to adapt exposes that your first two sentences are better said to a mirror than at the other members here.

I think the point is there is no argument to understand. Co2 is not the "warming" driver you think it is.
At the end of the day Co2 is plant oxygen. Since you look to be concern by the level plant more tree. or yet be more productive and do a organic farm, you will be sucking co2 and feeding the world.

As someone with experience in the that field and who once WAS one of those folks...the idea of a "consensus" is hilarious. Anyone who tells you there is is no different than those "celebrities who have no scientific competence of any kind".

It is a problem when one claims that there is a "consensus" on anything relating to what lies in our climate future or the factors that are causing whatever change may be happening. It gives the impression that we have something figured out and we absolutely do not.

Subjectively - it is logical to assume that a planet of 9B humans consuming the way we do must have some bearing on the climate of said planet...but the idea that we are solely responsible for the warming, or even mostly responsible for it, or that we even know that the warming is an anomaly and not a normal cycle, or that we have any clue what we can do about it...mere speculation. We really have no clue.
