Fog light adapter?!

I have a 2020 Unlimited Willys, which came with the Sport S bumper and LED fog lights. Someone has graciously offered me a free PLASTIC Rubicon bumper. Is there an adapter to fit the Sport S fog light bracket to the Sahara/plastic rubicon bumper?

I've tried some online searching and some on this forum and I couldn't find anything. I apologize if this has been asked before and I missed it.

Any luck? I'm in this situation currently. My Sport S LED's are 3 tab mount and the Rubicon bumper I picked up only accepts the 4 tab mount.

No luck. I ended up just buying some used OEM Rubicon/Sahara LED fogs.
