Looking to get KC Hilite G34 cube lights...but I'm curious if the harness adapter is the same as the JK. Does anyone know? I'd like plug and play functionality - avoid splicing wires...

Thanks!

Yes, the JL fog light plug is the same as the 2010-2018 JK.

Yep they are the same plug as the JK.

Take a look at our CUBE series of lights, we have a few options that work Plug and Play with the JL and are extremely bright, all with a lifetime warranty and great service.

We also offer a forum discount "JLforum"

I contacted KC Hilites and they said the G34s are not plug and play currently...a new version would be available starting in 2019. So now I'm confused because it does look like the plugs are the same. Am I missing something?

I'm not sure, and cant speak for KC, but compatibility might not have been tested with the JL. Just because the plug is the same that doesn't mean they will work with the JLs electronics

I don’t see why they wouldn’t work. I used an adapter from quadratic to go from the fog light plug to a deutsch connector and plugged the KC LZR 4” round light in and it worked fine. I was just testing it out. When my bumper finally comes in and I permenabtly mount them I think I’ll just replace the factory fog light plugs with deutsch connectors and skip the adapter.
