Ok, THIS IS AN EASTER EGG, has anyone else seen this? I was just in the garage “dusting” my beautiful hydro blue Sahara that I love and saw this pic attached I hope I am capable of attaching the pic! Couldn’t be more ME-the flip flop girl This is on the black plastic on the passenger side below the windshield wiper of my 2026 Wrangler Sahara!

yup it is a tribute to Rick Pewe..well known easter egg. Rick was famous for wearing flip flops offroad.

Rick Pewe is a legend. He was a big influence on David Freiburger as well, and you see both here wearing their iconic sandals. Rick on the left, and David on the right. They were magazine editors who worked for a bunch of different magazines in the 90s and 00s before print died.
