Flickering lights

I just installed a pair of Rigid SR-M pro fog lights. My jeep came with halogen lighting package. Strange thing is that lights work fine when the jeep is not running, but when jeep is running one light flickers. What's up with that ?

I'm no expert, but have you used something like a Tazer to change the fog light config to be LED? I assume there's a difference since there's a setting for it.

I was hoping I wouldn't need a tazer for fog lights. Especially high priced ones like rigid. Weird only one flashes.

Yeah, just one flickering is unexpected. Someone with more experience in this arena will pipe in.

By way of example, anti-flicker adapters are available for LED headlight bulbs. A set was provided, gratis, when I purchased H13s for my JLU.

Perhaps something similar could be required for your use case. Just a thought.

Send an email to Rigid, and/or the vendor from whom the SR-Ms were purchased, soliciting their input before you open your wallet. Maybe they'll have a solution here.
