First interstate highway run

What really bothers me is when I'm going a given speed, say 70 mph with cruise control on, and the guy in front of me is doing 65 or something. So I move into the passing lane to pass him and he speeds up, matches my speed, exceeds it, and then when I get back behind him he slows down again causing me to either slow down or attempt to pass him again.

Keep in mind this happened last night on an otherwise abandoned highway. I mean... really dude?!

This happens all the damn time. Why cant people just mind their own driving and not worry about me passing them?

Heck if you were passing me at night I am going to let you go by so
1. Your head lights aren't in my rear views
2. You can hit the deer for me

Another favorite of mine is the guy following the semi for miles while I have been catching them only to decide to pass right as I get there to do the same. Naturally they are going about half MPH fast than the truck. Me and 15 other cars that have collected up finally get around the truck 10 miles later.

This happens all the damn time. Why cant people just mind their own driving and not worry about me passing them?

...or, you are the guy coming up to the semi in the slow lane and the DB coming up in the fast lane decides to slow down and look at your rig when he is next to you causing you to kick off the cruise, drop to 60 mph, and wait for him to quit gawking. ARGH!!!
