After posting questions for a few months on here (thanks guys!) I was finally able to drive home a new JL last night. Long, long story but after chasing my old title from California (they wanted me to pay registration there even though I have been living in AZ for 3 years ) and waiting for a part to fix my old 2015 JK trade-in, I found the right one.

I was planning on a trip to the Valley (Phoenix area) since there are so many Jeeps down there, but I ended up finding the perfect Jeep just 30 miles away in Prescott, saved a 2 hour trip. And at a Jeep Dealer nonetheless, really nice place to do business....

The winner is a 2019 Sahara Altitude, in Granite......It has all the bells and whistles (of course being a Sahara), new Firestone Destination tires, a Dual Top group (Sunrider), Premium Auto group, and even came with an American Flag decal in the rear quarter windows, nice bonus I thought!

I was torn between a Willys and the Sahara, but my reasoning was that there were no used Sahara's with all the goodies that come with a Sahara, but with a Sahara I could always upgrade the wheels and tires down the road. Maybe I won't though, these wheels are nice looking....

See what ya think, any comments welcome! One question: what is that bar on the dash? I think to hang a phone etc on? Is it worth keeping?

Congrats ! Cant see the pic real well but the bar is probably an aftermarket piece for mounting phones, tablets, GoPro's etc. Probably uses Ram mounts

Congrats on the new Jeep. ?

Note that the Dual Top Group refers to the hard top and the full soft top being provided with the vehicle. The "Sunrider" is a first-row fabric sunroof accessory that is installed in place of the hard top's removable roof panels.

Rusty - I figured something like that. Can't figure out if I need it....the Jeep has the Nav feature so don't need the phone, and I'm not a GoPro guy....
Heimkehr - I know that, but it clearly says 'Dual Top Group' yet only has the Sunrider Top....? Oh well, I wouldn't use the full Soft Top anyway, I will use the Sunrider....

There’s a ton of plastidip on that Jeep. It looks good now, but just be aware that the wheels are polished aluminum and the headlight, grille, and bumper trim are silver on a Sahara. The coating will eventually peel and flake. When it does, you should be able to just peel the rest off revealing the stock color.

I have never owned one but I am pretty sure that the Sahara Altitude comes stock with black wheels, bumpers, and black grill and headlight inserts.

Congrats! She's beautiful. As for the bar on the dash, I can only guess but I'm thinking its to hold an I-pad or maybe some sort of map? That's what I would use it for at-least.

Arcade and kah.mun.rah -Yes, that is the bar on the dash......good concept for a phone holder, but not sure I need my phone held. I'll think on it....

If you remove it, maybe you can sell it here for a few bucks, or give it away and make a new friend. :)

I don't anticipate getting/needing a phone holder anytime soon, either. Maybe I'll change my mind, but phone holder was towards the top of my "to get" list, and now it's completely gone. Right now I'm driving a (non-Jeep) vehicle without one, and I'm constantly annoyed. But, I mostly use it for maps and music. Since those are are shown on uConnect, I probably won't look at the actual phone much while in the driver's seat of the JL.

Yeah, This Jeep has all the maps and music on the screen so I don't see the point in a phone holder.....?

Is a High Altitude/Sahara Altitude, they are blacked out from factory.
